Chris Vik

Chris Vik has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Chris started their career in 2009 as a Composer and Sound Artist at Chris Vik Audio. From 2005 to 2017, they worked as an Audio/Visual Technician at Staging Connections. In 2012, they became the Director/Developer/Performer at Ethno Tekh. In 2016, they joined RMIT University as a Sessional Lecturer, a role they held until 2022. From 2011 to 2023, they worked as a Creative Developer, and from 2016 to 2023, they served as an Interactives Support Officer and Audio Visual Technician at ACMI. Most recently, in 2023, they joined FLAIM Systems as an XR/Audio Developer.

Chris Vik completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Sound at RMIT University from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued further education at Swinburne University of Technology. In 2018, they completed a Bachelor of Research (Honours) degree, although the field of study is not specified. From 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Digital Arts at Swinburne University of Technology.
