FLAIR is a precision leadership technology platform that helps leaders perform at their best, by giving them real-time insight into what's actually driving how they think, decide, and show up under pressure.

Most leadership development adds more: more skills, more frameworks, more tools. But at senior levels, capability is rarely the constraint.

What changes under pressure is capacity: energy regulation, stress tolerance, recovery, and cognitive load. These are physiological, not psychological. And until now, they've been invisible.

FLAIR makes them visible. That insight is the edge.

When leaders can see what's happening beneath their performance, they can act on it. Not after the fact, but in the moments that matter. The afternoon of relentless meetings. The confidence dip after a week of poor recovery. The moment pressure feels unbearable and everyone around them is busy being capable.

The technology is built on a proven human-led model. Our approach combines real-time biometric data (CGM, wearables) with leadership profiling (GC Index) and high-touch coaching.

The platform we're building extends insight into everyday leadership life, so leaders aren't waiting for a coaching session to understand what's shifting and why. Human expertise stays central. Technology helps it reach further.

Early results from our pilot programme:
90% improvement in performance capacity.
100% senior leader retention.
80% reduction in sick days.
NPS of +98.

Founded by Liz Sergeant (decade-plus in clinical human performance, corporate pharma background), Lucy Turner (20+ years commercial leadership, multiple exits), and Caroline Keatinge (20-year banking career, INSEAD MBA). Winner of the Founders Institute London pitch competition, graduating top of cohort.
