Stuart Breyer has a diverse work experience, starting their career in 2000 at Susquehanna International Group in financial operations. Stuart then moved on to Redington in 2007, where they worked as a Director in Communications and Research, advising over 50 clients with combined assets of over £300 billion. In 2009, Stuart joined mallowstreet as a Director and later became the Chief Executive Officer in 2016. mallowstreet is a collaboration site for institutional pensions professionals, aiming to solve the pensions crisis and enhance connectivity within the industry. In 2017, Stuart joined Flair as an Investment Director and Board Member.

Stuart Breyer completed their education at various institutions. Stuart began their education at Friends School of Baltimore, where they studied for an unspecified period. After that, Stuart attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance and English. Subsequently, Stuart pursued further education at the same institution from 2002 to 2003, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. Later on, Stuart attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Social Policy.
