Raghda Othman

Raghda Othman has a diverse range of work experience. Raghda began their career as an English Language Instructor at Michigan Academy in 2011. Following that, they worked as a Data Trainer at the Information Technology Institute from 2012 to 2015. From 2012 to 2018, Raghda held the position of Teaching Assistant at the Modern Sciences and Arts University. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Teacher of English as a First Language at The Oxford School in Dubai. Raghda then joined Premier Training & Consulting in 2012, where they served as the IELTS Section Head and Training & Development Specialist until 2019. In the same year, they became the English Division Supervisor at Mersal Foundation. Raghda also worked as a Senior Online Instructor at Speak Up English School from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, Raghda held the role of an ESL Lecturer at Sinai University from 2019 to 2020. Currently, at FlairsTech, they have held various positions, including Corporate Trainer from 2020 to 2022, Senior L&D Specialist from 2022 to 2022, and is currently serving as the Learning and Development Team Lead.

Raghda Othman has a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in TEFL from the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Raghda then pursued post-graduate studies at the same institution, completing a General Diploma in Linguistics and Literature from 2015 to 2016, followed by a Specialized Diploma in Linguistics from 2016 to 2017. Raghda has also obtained various additional certifications, including an IELTS Teacher Training Program in 2019 and an Advanced Certificate in Learning & Development Management from Udemy in 2022, among others.
