Michael Wöll

Michael Wöll is currently the Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at FläktGroup. They possess extensive experience as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in international corporations, including leadership roles at Lufthansa, where they headed the Corporate Compliance Office and developed a compliance management system for airline operations. Wöll has a strong background in corporate governance, internal investigations, and international litigation, complemented by a legal education from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main. Additionally, they contribute to the field as a lecturer in a summer compliance program at BeckAkademie Seminare.
