Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development at Flamma Group since March 2023, Vavala previously held the position of Director of CMC Portfolio Management at Anji Pharma from July 2022 to March 2023. Vavala's extensive career includes roles at Helsinn Group from October 2009 to May 2022, where Vavala progressed from Manager to Director in Business Development, contributing significantly to commercial development and the establishment of HAS Healthcare Advanced Synthesis as an independent entity. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at Azopharma Contract Pharmaceutical Services and a Case Receipt Coordinator role at Pfizer. Vavala holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Biology from Binghamton University.
