Luca Buzzetti

Luca Buzzetti is a trained synthetic organic chemist who currently serves as the R&D Synthetic Team Leader at Flamma Group, focusing on the development of chemical processes for the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). Previously, Luca worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and was a PhD student at the Institute of Chemical Research of Catalunya, where they developed novel photochemical methodologies. Luca's education includes a PhD in organic chemistry and Master's degrees from Università di Pavia and University of St Andrews, among others. Their scientific interests center around creating efficient chemical methodologies to address real-world issues.
