Aseem Routray

Aseem Routray is an Advanced Development Engineer at FLANDERS since June 2023, following a role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Aseem has gained practical experience through internships at H3X Technologies and Milwaukee Tool, focusing on electrical engineering in motors. Previous engineering roles at KPIT involved control systems and motor control strategy modeling, with additional internships at Cotzero Energy and participation in IIT Roorkee Motorsports as Electrical Head, where Aseem designed motor controllers and vehicle control algorithms. Aseem holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
