Randy Davis

Randy Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at The Electric Materials Company since November 2019, Randy has also held the position of Senior Engineer at FLANDERS since November 2016. Prior to this, Randy held multiple leadership roles at Flanders Inc, culminating in the position of Director of Manufacturing, where responsibility included overseeing a team of six leaders and more than 130 employees. Randy's expertise spans mechanical and electrical engineering, with a focus on reverse engineering electric motors and implementing operational improvements. Randy began a long engineering career at Electric Materials Company from April 1984 to October 2007, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams and enhancing design processes through automation. Randy holds two Associate of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology from Gannon University.
