Walter Roman currently serves as Global Product Lead Haul Trucks and Business Development Director Mining at FLANDERS, having joined in September 2023. Prior to this role, Walter held several key positions, including General Manager at Flanders Electric Peru and Business Development Director Haulage and Fracking at FLANDERS. Walter's extensive background includes significant roles at Rolls-Royce Solutions America as Sr. Sales Manager for Mining and O&G in Latin America, and at Caterpillar Inc. as an Industry Representative, among others. With a solid academic foundation, including an MBA from the University of Michigan, Walter brings over two decades of experience in productivity analysis, business development, and market strategy across the mining and heavy equipment sectors.
