Luciano Osorio

Luciano Osorio has been working in the tech industry since 2002. Luciano began their career as a Senior Consultant at Accenture and has since held various roles including Project Manager at Walmart Brasil, FITec, and CAAD TI, where they worked on the AHEAD PRO, Flight Data Analytics, and MSG-3 projects. In 2018, they took on the role of Squad Leader, Head of Development, and Scrum Master at Zappts. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Flapper since 2022.

Luciano Osorio's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from USP - Universidade de São Paulo (1998-2002), a Certified Scrum Master from AdaptWorks (2015), a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from M.I.Domenech (2009), and a Kanban System Design (KMPI) from Aspercom (2021). Luciano also holds certifications from Kanban University, LinkedIn, and Coursera Course Certificates.
