Manoj Agarwal

Manoj Agarwal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance advisory and mergers and acquisitions. As Co-Founder of Flare since March 2022 and Director at Credence Advisors Ltd from November 2019, Manoj specializes in corporate finance. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Corporate Portfolio Advisory at Alantra from August 2018 to October 2019 and Associate Director at KPMG UK from October 2006 to August 2018, where Manoj focused on financial services deal advisory and management consulting. Manoj also served as Head of UK-India Business at Ernst & Young from 2003 to 2006. Manoj is a Chartered Accountant with qualifications from the ICAI.
