Mark Derman

Mark Derman is an experienced software architect and technical leader with a career spanning several roles and companies. Significant contributions include serving as Software Architect and Chief Technical Officer at Global Vision, where Mark led the rewrite of the Adora marketing automation product, and as Co-founder and Technical Director at SafariNow, which Mark co-founded. Mark's expertise extends to positions such as Analyst Developer at De Beers, where Mark developed mine planning systems, and IT Director at The MS Group, where efforts were focused on building shared IT infrastructure. Currently, Mark is the Lead Developer at Flash Group and also serves as Founder and Technical Director at Soulv Software, with a commitment to creating high-quality web applications. Mark's educational background includes a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Cape Town.
