Previously, Erik served as the Head of Marketplace for Uber in both MENA and Egypt, where they led high-performing teams to achieve growth and profitability. With a strong background in strategy and operational improvement, Erik has also held roles at Bain & Company and Barclays Capital, enhancing their expertise in business development and consulting. Erik began their journey in microfinance as an intern in Uganda and holds a degree from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
