Previously, Terry served as Manager of Labor Relations & Rewards at FORTNA, where they oversaw labor relations and benefits management, achieving zero arbitrations during their tenure. With a strong foundation in human resources management, including significant positions at Lowe's and Porter Hills, Terry has consistently demonstrated a commitment to employee satisfaction, process improvement, and compliance in various organizational settings. Terry holds an MBA in Human Resources from Fitchburg State University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Grand Valley State University.
