Simon Trimborn is a Partner and Managing Director at Flash Ventures. Prior to that, they were a Strategy Consultant at Solon Management Consulting.

Simon has extensive experience in the management and scaling of businesses. At Limehome, they were responsible for scaling the company supply side to 4 countries, 2500 signed apartments, and 120 ppl of which 30+ with their leadership in 3 departments. At Google, they saw how to build an automated sales engine at scale with great people energy. And at HelloFresh, they were a Pre-Seed Team member helping on B2B sales efforts.

Throughout their career, Simon has demonstrated their ability to successfully lead and grow businesses. Simon is a strategic thinker with a track record of success in the management consulting and venture capital industries.

Simon Trimborn has a Bachelor of Science from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Simon also has an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles in New Product Development and another MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in Entrepreneurship and Finance.
