Flavio Calheiros

Flavio Calheiros is a seasoned commercial manager currently with Flash Benefícios, previously serving as a sales coordinator. Flavio began their career as an intern at Usina Caeté S/A, where they supported production processes and quality control. They transitioned to Plastmar as a quality control analyst, developing operational procedures and managing product quality certifications. Following this, Flavio worked at Stone as a commercial consultant and later as a commercial manager, where they led teams, handled key client relationships, and implemented financial strategies. Flavio holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Alagoas and has participated in an international academic mobility program at Universidade de Coimbra.
