Maelle Cleys

Maelle Cleys currently serves as Head of Product Design at Flash, beginning in July 2022, after a role as Product Design Manager, focusing on enhancing employee management experiences. Concurrently, Maelle holds positions as an Expert and Mentor in Product and UX Design courses at Tera since May 2021. Maelle previously worked as UX Manager at Afya Educacional from June 2020 to June 2022, and as UX Lead at Olga Ri from September 2019 to June 2020, and at ConectCar from May 2017 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes roles at WebMotors, where responsibilities ranged from Product Owner to UX Designer, and an internship in UX Design from June 2012 to April 2017. Maelle started a career as a Graphic Designer at Photonline Digital Image Center from August 2009 to June 2012 and served as a Monitor in an IT course at Server | Logística em Educação in 2008. Maelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Design from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
