Marcello Fonseca

Marcello Fonseca is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in Big Data, data engineering, and artificial intelligence. They have served as a Senior Engineering Manager for Data & AI at OLX Brasil and are currently the Data & AI Platform Manager at Flash. Additionally, Marcello has held various academic roles, including Adjunct Professor at UERJ, where they continue to teach. Their earlier positions include Lecturer at FGV and Instituto Infnet, as well as roles in business intelligence and data architecture at multiple organizations. Marcello holds a Ph.D. in High Performance Computing/Data Mining, along with other advanced degrees from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and Universidade Federal Fluminense.
