Rafael Ramos

Rafael Ramos is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and data engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Flash Benefícios since February 2022, Rafael previously held the position of Head of Technology at Radix Engenharia e Software, overseeing software development and data science initiatives. Rafael's prior roles include Engineering Manager, where teams were assembled to enhance system and data platform development at M4U, and Infrastructure Coordinator at the same company, focusing on evolving operational teams. With a strong foundation in cloud automation as a former DevOps Engineer and software development as a System Analyst at Banco Modal, Rafael possesses a deep understanding of technical architecture and operational autonomy. Educationally, Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and is pursuing a Master of Science in Networks and Distributed Systems, both from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
