Development Lead

Tatiane Silva has extensive experience in customer experience and technical support, primarily in the telecommunications sector. At Flash Benefícios, Tatiane worked as a Customer Experience Junior from April 2022 to March 2024, transitioning to a Pleno position in March 2024. Prior to that, Tatiane was employed at Atento Brasil from October 2014 to May 2021 as an Analista de Suporte e Atendimento PL, providing B2B and PJ customer service for VIVO, managing customer communication, and resolving commercial issues. Additional roles include Development Lead and Backoffice N2 Senior at Flash from March to September 2024 and technical business assistant at ISPM in early 2014. Tatiane is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Estácio.
