Vinícius Cavalcante has extensive experience in performance marketing and digital media, currently serving as Gerente de Performance-Paga e Tech-Growth at Flash since June 2021, where responsibilities include driving client acquisition as part of the Growth team. Prior to this role, Vinícius worked at Dafiti Group LATAM in Performance Media - Partner Services, focusing on branding and performance projects across various product categories.
