Ladonna Hance

LaDonna Hance currently serves as the Education Partnership Manager at Flashlight Learning since January 2024. Previously, LaDonna held the position of Senior Implementation Coordinator at Reasoning Mind, focusing on teacher support, professional development, and curriculum alignment. From July 2018 to January 2024, LaDonna worked as a Customer Success Manager at Imagine Learning, where responsibilities included driving successful product implementations and enhancing customer satisfaction through various engagement strategies. LaDonna's educational background includes a BS in Speech Communications from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Education in Mid-Management, and a Superintendent Certification from Angelo State University, as well as a Teaching Certification from Texas Tech University.
