Matt Lee

Matt Lee is a Fractional HR Leader and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, currently serving as the Founder of Circle Consulting, where they focus on HR and leadership services. With seven years of experience in HR roles, including significant positions at Georgia-Pacific LLC, Matt has developed expertise in organization and change management, conflict resolution, and labor negotiations. Since 2025, they have been providing proactive HR support at multiple organizations, including Flashlight Learning and Gard Partners, implementing policies and training to enhance workplace culture. Matt began their career as a Media Specialist at J. Reuben Clark Law School, further expanding their skills through various HR positions.
