Allison Shreckengast

Allison Shreckengast has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Allison started their career as a Marketing Intern at KPMG in 2006 and later worked as a Marketing/Editorial Intern at Publications & Communications Inc. in 2009. In the same year, they also served as a Writing Center Consultant at Southwestern University. In 2009, they joined Kumon as a Teaching Assistant.

In 2010, Allison worked as an English Teacher at Victoria Kindergarten before moving on to The Children's Courtyard as a Lead Teacher in Early Preschool in 2012. Allison then took up the role of Managing Editor at The Austin Phoenix in 2012 and worked until 2015.

In 2014, they joined Jellifi as an Account Manager for a brief period and later became a Customer Support Lead at Klever Logic, where they worked until 2020.

Continuing their career in training and development, Allison joined FLASH in 2017 as a Training Manager and then became the Director of Training and Development in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director, Solutions Strategy at FLASH.

Allison Shreckengast attended Southwestern University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Literature. In 2011, they obtained a TEFL Professional Certification from the TEFL Institute. Additionally, in 2008, they participated in the Scottish Universities' International Summer School in Edinburgh, Scotland, focusing on British and Irish Literature.
