Gus Engstrom

Gus Engstrom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, engineering, and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at FLASH since June 2022, Gus is responsible for overseeing over 18 installations of cloud-connected parking technology valued at approximately $3MM. As the Owner and Principal Consultant of Engstrom Engineering PLLC since April 2021, notable projects include CE marking medical devices and developing quality manuals compliant with ISO standards. Previously, Gus held the position of Capstone Design Manager and Lecturer at Boise State University, managing numerous engineering projects and mentoring students in NASA's Micro-G NExT program. Additional experience includes mechanical engineering at Electroimpact Inc. and new product development at TechHelp, complemented by early service as a Heavy Wheel Vehicle Mechanic in the US Army. Gus holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boise State University, a CORe in Business Administration from Harvard Business School Online, and participated in the Venture College program for entrepreneurial operations.
