Heather Rogers is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service management and sales training. Currently serving as the Global Customer Care Supervisor at SunPower Corporation since October 2021, Heather oversees a diverse team of 22 customer service representatives across the US and the Philippines. Prior to this role, Heather was the Austin City Sales & Service Manager at Dascena Labs, Inc., where responsibility included leading a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring efficient operations of COVID-19 testing sites. Heather also has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of Custom Cruises, LLC, and held key positions in sales training at Sprint PCS Telecommunication and MCI Telecommunications. A graduate of the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Heather combines extensive leadership skills with a focus on sales and operational excellence.
