Chief Operating Officer at FLASH

Jeff H. has an extensive work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Jeff started their career at Dell Inc., where they held various executive level positions, including roles in New Business Development, Outside Sales and Marketing, and as Michael Dell's executive assistant. During their time at Dell, they achieved significant growth and success in multiple areas of the business.

Jeff later joined Asurion, where they served as VP of Channel Marketing, VP of Client Marketing, and VP of Onboarding. In these roles, they played a crucial role in driving sales and developing successful marketing campaigns for major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, and Home Depot. Jeff also led the launch of a call center-based mobile phone onboarding service for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint.

After their tenure at Asurion, Jeff joined Hamlin Technology Consulting (HTC) as Managing Director. HTC specializes in assisting clients with new business entry decision-making in cloud computing and renewable energy. In this role, Jeff provided market research, critical feature/benefit analysis, opportunity assessment, and business/financial modeling to support recommendations on business extensions and new market entry.

Most recently, Jeff assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer at Flash, a company not yet reached its start date.

Jeff H. has a diverse education history. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Additionally, they have earned a Master of Science (MS) in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to these postgraduate degrees, Jeff obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Virginia.

In terms of additional certifications, Jeff successfully completed the "QuickBooks Pro 2019 Essential Training" program, offered by LinkedIn, in March 2020.
