Jeffrey Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jeffrey began their career at Eldridge Hotel as a Hotel Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing hotel operations and the food and beverage department. Jeffrey then moved on to Hilton, where they worked in Rooms Division Management. After that, Jeffrey joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Director in Rooms Division Executive Leadership, where they held leadership positions in Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Front Office. At Towne Park, they served as a District Manager, Vice President & General Manager, and eventually as a Senior Vice President. In these roles, they had regional operational and P&L responsibilities, as well as chairpersonship of the company's environmental/sustainability council. Currently, Jeffrey is working at FLASH, where they started as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales and later became the Vice President of Customer Success. Presently, they hold the position of Chief Customer Officer at FLASH. Overall, Jeffrey Johnson has a strong background in hotel and resort management, with extensive experience in customer success and sales.
