Josh Richman

Josh Richman is a seasoned data analytics leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Data Analytics at Flash since May 2021, Josh manages a team of data analysts and scientists, focusing on analytics engineering, business intelligence tool development, and data visualization. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Business Analytics at Arrive, where Josh built the data function post-merger. Additionally, Josh has taught a course on data-informed decision making at CoRise and has held multiple data analysis and marketing positions at Wyzant and Power Equipment Direct. Josh holds an M.A. in Psychology from New York University and has completed a certificate in Machine Learning.
