Matthew McCaffree

Matthew McCaffree has an extensive background in regulatory affairs and utility market development. Matthew currently serves as the VP of Utility Market Development at FLASH since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Itron, Inc. from 2017 to 2022 as the Sr. Principal of Regulatory Affairs, where they led regulatory efforts in wholesale markets and distributed energy management. Additionally, they worked at The Institute for Electric Efficiency, The Edison Foundation as the Manager of Electric Efficiency from 2008 to 2010, and at The Brattle Group as a Special Assistant to the Chairman from 2007 to 2008.
