Michelle Kingery is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at FLASH since 2022, where significant accomplishments include the development of KPIs, OKRs, and SOPs for Talent Acquisition during IPO scaling and a proven track record of sourcing success. Prior to FLASH, Michelle held the position of Lead Cybersecurity Recruiter at RED SKY Consulting, providing expertise in IT and cybersecurity recruitment.
