Royce Higbee

Royce Higbee has extensive work experience in product management and customer service roles. Royce most recently worked as the Senior Director of Product Management at FLASH, starting in March 2023. Before that, they were the Director of Product Management at Unity Hub from February 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at FLASH from September 2020 to February 2022. Before transitioning to product management, Royce worked at Blizzard Entertainment in various roles, including Lead Product Manager, Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, Learning Specialist, and Game Master from 2007 to 2020. Royce started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys/Microsoft from March 2002 to September 2003. Additionally, they have experience as a Trainer and Assistant Team Lead at Musicians Friend from January 2004 to May 2007.

Royce Higbee has a strong educational background in psychology. Royce first attended Austin Community College from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Psychology. Following this, they went on to attend The University of Texas at Austin from 2014 to 2017, where they received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. In addition to their academic achievements, Royce has acquired several certifications in project management and scrum. In April 2021, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in December 2012, they acquired the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
