Seth Carroll

Seth Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Seth started their career as a Ranch Foreman and AI Technician at Rafter C Ranch, where they were responsible for animal husbandry and construction projects. Seth then worked at Fibergrate Composite Structures as a Forklift Operator and Shipping/Receiving Material Handler.

In 2014, Seth joined Trans Texas Surveying and Mapping, LLC as an Instrument Technician, conducting fieldwork and utilizing GIS equipment. Seth also worked as a Designer/Fabricator at Red Dirt Cases, where they translated customer requirements into shop drawings and operated fabrication tools and equipment.

Seth's experience in project management began at Scientific Machine & Welding, Inc. In roles such as Production Manager, Sheet Metal Manager, and Project Engineer/Manager, they managed jobs, optimized production processes, and coordinated with high-level management and customers.

Most recently, Seth worked at FLASH, starting as a Project Manager and eventually becoming an Implementation Manager. In these roles, they led new construction projects, improved SOPs, and managed a technical project team. Currently, Seth holds the position of Director of Implementation at FLASH, overseeing the Strategic Project division within the OPS department and coordinating with operational leadership and the executive team. Seth employs forward-thinking techniques to achieve maximum efficiency and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Seth Carroll received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Tarleton State University. Seth attended the university from 2011 to 2016.
