Sharon Schilly

Sharon Schilly has a diverse work experience with a focus on operations and management roles. Sharon currently holds the position of SVP Operations - Ungated and Digital Solutions at FLASH, which they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Division Operations at FLASH from July to December 2021. Before joining FLASH, Sharon was the Owner of Banyan Tree Associates, LLC from November 2019 onwards. Sharon also has experience as the Owner of Morrow Realtors since June 2014. In addition, Sharon has held positions such as Chief Operations Officer at OmniPark, Vice President of Professional Services at Passport and NuPark, Vice President of Client Services at RightRez, Director of Citation Collection Services at T2 Systems, and Adjunct Faculty in Information Technology at the Community College of Allegheny County. Sharon began their career as an Office Manager at Duquesne University.

Sharon Schilly completed their education with a Masters degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University, graduating between 1998 and 2003. Prior to that, between 1993 and 1998, they studied at Robert Morris University and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management.
