Shontae Williams

Shontae Williams is an experienced professional in learning and development, with a diverse background in customer service and staffing. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at FLASH since October 2022, Shontae previously held the role of CX Training and Development Manager at Arrive, where responsibilities included driving recruitment and onboarding processes and creating training documents.
