Brian C.

Brian C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs, international relations, and geospatial analysis. Currently serving as the Director at Flashpoint since October 2021, Brian previously held significant roles including Public Affairs Specialist at the United States Department of the Army from December 2017 to June 2023 and Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State from January 2020 to April 2022. Additional experience includes a tenure as Geospatial Analyst and Liaison at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency from April 2011 to December 2019 and as Assistant Instructor at the Foreign Service Institute from January 2010 to 2011. Brian holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Penn State University and an Associate's degree in Public Affairs from the Defense Information School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science from Penn State University and coursework from various international institutions.
