Carina Antal

Carina Antal (Federico) has extensive work experience in the field of people operations and talent recruitment. Carina currently holds the position of Sr. Director, People Operations at Flashpoint, where they are responsible for various aspects of the global people experience, including benefits, HR technology, compliance, onboarding, and employee relations. Carina has been with Flashpoint since 2017 and has played a key role in building inclusive and diverse workplaces.

Before joining Flashpoint, Carina worked at Facebook as a Technical Recruiter for the Machine Learning and Applied Machine Learning team. During their time at Facebook, they successfully recruited for over 17 teams and organized the first ML Hack-a-Thon, aiming to create community civic impact.
