Chad Murchison

Chad Murchison is an experienced legal professional currently serving as In-House Counsel at Flashpoint since January 2022. Previously, Chad held the position of General Counsel at Risk Based Security from April 2021 to August 2022 and worked as a Litigation Attorney at Setliff Law P.C. from June 2019 to August 2020, representing clients in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. Prior to that, Chad specialized in antitrust litigation at Baker Botts between June 2015 and June 2017 and served as a Staff Attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from July 2011 to June 2015. Chad also has a background as a Discovery Attorney at Robbins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner & Sauber LLP and as a Litigation Associate at Spriggs & Hollingsworth and Howrey, LLP, focusing on insurance recovery, products liability, and antitrust issues. Chad earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law and holds a BA in Political Science, English, and History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
