David Ross

David Ross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and corporate law. As Co-Founder and Advisor at Flashpoint since June 2010, Ross has contributed to actionable threat intelligence solutions for both commercial and government sectors. Previously, at MDC Partners from April 2010 to August 2021, Ross held positions including General Counsel and EVP of Strategy & Corporate Development, where key responsibilities encompassed executing mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and managing leadership transitions. Notably, in 2019, Ross served as interim co-CEO, overseeing a strategic review process that improved the company's balance sheet by over $150 million. Earlier, Ross worked as Associate General Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, specializing in corporate finance and M&A transactions. Ross holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Mathematics and Psychology from Williams College.
