Jeff Neukom

Jeff Neukom is a seasoned web operations and marketing professional with extensive experience in SEO, web analytics, and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Web Operations and Growth Manager at Flashpoint since June 2025, Jeff oversees global web operations and implements strategies to enhance web processes. Prior to this role, Jeff was a Senior Web Marketing Specialist at OpenGov Inc., where significant contributions included building the company's first comprehensive SEO strategy and managing multiple web projects in collaboration with design and development teams. Earlier experience as an SEO Strategist at Cybernautic involved conducting SEO audits and optimizing client websites to achieve top search engine rankings. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Writing from Illinois Wesleyan University, completing studies in 2017.
