Customer Success Manager

Matthew Coty is an experienced professional in the fields of customer success and intelligence operations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Flashpoint since April 2024, Matthew focuses on delivering Business Risk Intelligence to organizations to enhance their cybersecurity and threat management capabilities. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Client Success Manager at Ontic from October 2021 to March 2024, contributing to the digital transformation of threat management for Fortune 500 companies. His career also includes significant experience at the Central Intelligence Agency as a Program Manager and Staff Operations Officer from 2011 to 2020, where Matthew led a team in supporting global intelligence operations. Earlier roles include teaching English in Russia and serving in the US Army as a Civil Affairs Soldier, as well as a tenure as an Infantryman in the US Marine Corps. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Arts in International Trade, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, all from the University at Buffalo.
