Collins started their career as a Sr. Principal Software Engineer/Team Lead at ADP where they were responsible for leading the Calculation Engine team on a next generation payroll project. Anthony then transitioned to AAJ Interactive Technologies as a Sr. Principal Software Engineer/Consultant where they worked on a next generation privacy platform for a client. At AAJ, Collins was responsible for major portions of functionality including integrations with multiple 3rd party tools providing part of the privacy functionality. Anthony also converted the project from Spring XML configuration to Java configuration and Spring Boot.

Collins has been with Flashtract for over a year and has been instrumental in leading the backend engineering team. Anthony has extensive experience working with various technologies and is well-versed in software engineering principles. Collins is a strong leader and problem solver who is able to provide technical direction and mentorship to other engineers. Anthony is also an effective communicator who is able to work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to provide insights and help with setting priorities and scheduling.

Anthony Collins has a degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Computer Science as well as a Masters from The Johns Hopkins University in the same field.
