In addition, Heather was responsible for full-cycle recruitment including hiring needs, job description development, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Heather has a proven track record of being able to develop a full HR roadmap, from onboarding to offboarding, to ensure consistency, tracking, and positive employee experience. Heather is also skilled in interfacing and engaging individually with every team member weekly to promote communication and any potential issues at an early stage. Heather is also experienced in coordinating team cohesion activities.

Other notable experience includes oversight and administration of benefits programs as well as oversight of all Covid-19 acclimation including transition from 100% face-to-face to 100% remote status and maintaining high priority on keeping the team collaborative and feeling connected.

Heather Callahan has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Vanderbilt University in Human and Organizational Development, which they obtained in 1994-1996. Heather also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Vanderbilt University in Human Resource Development, which they obtained in 1990-1994.
