Daniel Epstein is a Litigation Associate at Flaster Greenberg PC. Prior to that, Daniel served as a Law Clerk at The Hon. Mitchel E. Ostrer, N.J. Superior Court, Appellate Division, where Daniel wrote bench memoranda and drafted opinions. Daniel also has experience as a Summer Associate at Hankin Sandman Palladino & Weintrob, where Daniel drafted various legal documents and conducted legal research. In addition, Daniel has worked as a Legal Intern at the Delaware Superior Court and as a Grant Writer at Universal Communications Network (UCN). Daniel holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, as well as a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
