Michael Bonella

Michael Bonella is a shareholder at Flaster Greenberg PC and has over twenty-nine years of complex litigation and intellectual property experience. They have served as a first-chair litigator, successfully arguing multiple cases at the Federal Circuit, including the notable Biosig v. Nautilus, where they established a key indefiniteness standard adopted by the Supreme Court. Michael's previous roles include partner at Condo Roccia Koptiw LLP and Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP, where they managed patent litigation and developed strategic patent portfolios. Additionally, they served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy, supervising nuclear systems on submarines. Michael earned their law degree from Duke University School of Law.
