Lara Lamiel

Lara Lamiel is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Flat 101 since March 2020, where responsibilities include overall direction and management of the People & Talent department, with a focus on innovation and improving people management processes. Previously, Lara held the position of Responsable de RR. HH. at Grupo Foticos S.L. from February 2019 to March 2020, and worked at Imaginarium from August 2013 to January 2019 in various HR roles, including Responsable de administración de personal and Técnico administración de personal. Prior experience also includes working as an Asesor de administración laboral at CELIA PALLARES SL from May 2007 to May 2013.
