Romy Clay

Romy Clay has a strong background in property management and acquisitions. They have experience working as a Property Director at Flat Iron since 2022. Prior to that, Romy worked at Aldi UK as a Property Director - South London from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for new store growth and management of the existing estate. They also worked as a Senior Acquisitions Manager at wagamama from 2017 to 2020, where they oversaw the acquisition of new properties across the UK. Additionally, Romy spent time at Sainsbury's as a Property Development Surveyor and a Property Graduate Surveyor, gaining experience in location planning, estates management, acquisitions, and development.

Romy Clay completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography from the University of Leeds, from 2010 to 2013. Romy then pursued a Master's Degree in Real Estate, specifically MSc Real Estate, from the University College of Estate Management, from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained the certification of MRICS from RICS in May 2018.
