Malik El Bay is the Chief Operating Officer at Encointer Association, a non-profit organization in Zurich working on blockchain-based community currencies. Malik is also a Partner at Dezentrum, a Co-Founder at Flatastic, a Gastdozent at FHGR Institut für Management und Weiterbildung IMW, and a Dozent at Fernfachhochschule Schweiz (FFHS), where Malik teaches Blockchain, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Transformation. In the past, Malik has served as an Advisor at VETRI Foundation and Modum, as well as the President of ETH Entrepreneur Club. Malik previously studied Computer Science and Algorithms at ETH Zurich.
