Ning Zhang

Ning Zhang has had a long and successful career in law. Starting in 2007, they were an Associate at Jones Day. In 2012, they moved to White & Case as an Associate. In 2017, they became a Partner at MagStone Law and the Managing Member of San Francisco Office at Reid & Wise LLC. In 2018, they were a Partner and Chair of China Practice (West Coast) at CKR LAW LLP - Global Presence. Local Expertise. In 2019, they became a Shareholder at Intelink Law Group LLC. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Founder and CEO of Flatfee Corp.

Ning Zhang attended Fudan University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BA in Journalism. From 2000 to 2002, they attended the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they earned an MBA in Marketing and E-commerce. During this time, they also earned an MS in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 2004, they attended Georgetown University, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD). In 2007, they participated in the 'Study Abroad' program at Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law, completing the Campus School of Law: J.D. Semester Abroad Program.
